Many of my emails are tagged [Shaw Suspected Junk Email] but they are not junk, they are legit emails. How do we go about getting the senders off Shaw’s junk mail list?
@rstra you can whitelist their email address/domain with the steps here. As for the users, they may be sending above their daily limit which gets their emails marked as spam.
