@garvalsherv It seems that the Shaw webmail website is currently working on a Microsoft Edge browser. Have you tried clearing the cookies in Microsoft Edge and restarting the browser to find out if you can sign in to wm.shaw.ca? Feel free to contact our technical support if you need further assistance.
I have tried everything suggested. Windows 10 home, version 21H2, build 19044.1586'
Microsoft edge version 100.0.1185.29 (Official build) (64-bit).
I just wanted to try edge. I have it set for basic, cleaned all cookies, there is no version of internet explorer
to reload in internet explorer mode which I think would work but Microsoft removed it.
Thanks for Your reply but I don't no what else to try but I am happy with Firefox as My default
I have this same problem, and have done all the suggestions, still won't work.
@judycarson / @garvalsherv -- exactly what problems are you experiencing? What does not work?
I have no problems using: Microsoft Edge Version 103.0.1264.77 (Official build) (64-bit). Microsoft Edge is up to date.
It works fine on more than one of my home computers, running various release-levels of Windows 10.
Thanks for the reply. I retried and Shawmail worked perfect. I think there were only problems in the beginning until Shaw was able to adapt
to Edge, now everything seems fine.
thanks again for the help
Still not working on Edge
@twoyorkies -- what device are you using? Windows? iPad? iPhone? Samsung?
Which version of Edge? Edge for iPhone? Edge for Windows 7/8/10 ?
If you have another computer/device, can that device successfully connect?
Can you borrow a device from a friend, and, inside your residence, successfully connect on their device?
Can you borrow a device from a friend, and, at a ShawOpen Access Point, successfully connect on their device?
While in range of a ShawOpen Access Point, can you successfully connect on your device?
Window 11 HP computer I can open it on Firefox not on Edge no problem connecting the internet on Blue curve
