I dont know whar has happend! I can use gmail and noticed that if I send a message to myself to shawmail it has gone in my sent mail in my shaw email! am 83 I might have done something when I got a quota warning and deleted a lot of emails! hope you can help me with this! I have not contacted support, dont really know how to! thanks Bob
@bobmar38 -- when you delete E-mail messages, they get moved into your "Trash" folder. So, your usage will have remained unchanged. Open your "Trash" folder, and delete from it, to reduce your usage of your quota.
