Hi there. When I go to my Shaw webmail, to check the Junk folder for false positives, and then mark them as “Not Spam” and move them into my In Box, it sure would be nice if Shaw would then remove the “Shaw Suspected Junk Email” from the subject!
I’ve confirmed that it’s not junk, so why try and tell me that it might be junk?
Sure would be nice.
(Would also be nice if your white list actually worked - domains that I added months/years ago (ie.comm.ckua.com) are still going to my junk folder...)

Thanks. Just indicative of how poor Shaw support is, when it keeps pushing me to the "Community", even when I send a direct email to them.
