@Grootami -- are you asking about the WiFi between your device(s) and the cable-modem, or are you using one of the ShawOpen/RogersOpen WiFi access points in the local business-district (not inside your home) ?
If the former, if you use an Ethernet-connected device, do you still have the issue?
