Hi Shaw support,
I plugged in my new XB6 last night and followed the instructions to get started. However my XB6 only displayed the red light, obviously needing to be activated on your end.
So I went online to chat - 25 mins later nothing, still waiting for an assigned support tech.
So I called the support line - 1 hour later, nothing
How can I get this thing activated, before you start billing me? Is there a technical support activation number I can call that is not the standard Shaw switchboard?
I am sorry for the delay in response and time it took for you to activate your BlueCurve Gateway. Included in our installation instructions should be the direct activations contact number. We do have alternative contact methods such as Twitter and Facebook listed here. I appreciate your patience and understanding. Let me know if you have any other questions.
