Hi,
I have been charged $350 for transaction fees that includes two unreturned equipments fees. I followed the instruction from the Blue Curve self-activation by
1. activated the new devices
2. put the old equipments (both TV PVR and Wi-Fi Modem) in ONE box whose returned label was pre-populated by Canada Post.
3. Then I took it to Canada Post to ship it. Unfortunately, I did not take a picture of the tracking number.
It has BEEN one month and the returned equipment still has not been logged. I have created two cases ever since. One is through live chat - who did not/could not help me because he/she said the items haven't shown up on my bill at that time and suggested I waited longer. The second one was through phone call today - after the items had shown up on my bill. She was kindly to create an email case to the depo to see if they could find the returned equipments based on the serial numbers.
The shipment was merely from Vancouver to Surrey and it's been more than 4 weeks ever since I sent out. I can't believe it takes that long. If the receiver does not log the equipment back to the asset tracking system, I don't think it falls under the customer's responsibility to pay it. Please WAIVE the fee and make this case and internal case. It is SHAW's problem that couldn't locate the device and not my problem.
Thanks!

@gtpt apologies for any frustrations this may have caused. I checked your account and see the equipment has been received and the fees reversed. Thank you for your patience, let me know if you have any other questions!
