Shaw rerouted wires through our yard 2 years ago and ran wires over the ground. They said a contractor would bury wires. 6 months ago I told Shaw that the wires were a trip hazard and urgent solution was required. Installer came and did a mickey-mouse reroute of wire over the door and said that a contractor would come to bury wire. Still waiting ... Now wires have caused a family member to trip. Do I have to sue in court to get Shaw to do the right thing?????
