Trouble with shaw email/webmail

I am having several issues with my shaw email. 1. I signed into webmail today, and I can only see emails from today and cannot find any of the other emails, read or unread. 2. When I sign into outlook 2007 (which is the version I have) or several android apps, I can only see the emails received after I downloaded the app, and also none of my previous emails. Any suggestions?

@myemail122 that is certainly odd. Did you recently make any changes? You can try to recover any deleted emails within the past 7 days here. Also, in your preferences tab, under the mail settings; do you have it set to leave incoming deleted messages in the inbox?
