Turn on Shaw HotSpot

I don’t live in a Freedom Mobile area, but we have friends that visit that are Freedom subscribers, can we have the Shaw HotSpot activated for them when they are here?

Hi rstra 

Are you referring to the hotspot that you can activate from your Hitron modem? If so, you can turn that on through My Shaw. To do that, please log in to your account and then select "Internet" from the "My Services" tab at the top of the page. Once you're there, you can scroll down to the Shaw Hotspot section near the bottom and click the toggle to switch it from Off to On.
