Somewhat strange that we don't have the same problem on our ipads, or if I use Firefox (which I refuse to do on a regular basis), or on my Android App for Shaw email. Shaw has been blaming Google for this ongoing problem for too long. Everything else I do on Google works just fine so is Google somehow discriminating against Shaw Webmail???? NOT!
@trulaw -- recently, for me, the frequency of the "unable" message has greatly decreased. So, it's quite possible that Shaw has done something to their "back-end" systems.
I have been having a problem with shaw webmail for over 2 months now. I have constantly changed my password and used different browsers. I am very irate. Always getting the run around 🙄 from shaw.. I'm starting a online class shortly and need emai access.

@VitoG -- welcome to this peer-to-peer discussion forum. It is not a direct path to Shaw Support.
As has been mentioned several times in this discussion thread, clicking again on the "Sign In" button seems sufficient to successfully logon.
It is NOT solved. Sometimes it is not a problem but most often it requires me to try many, many times.
Why is it Ok sometimes and not others. I have tolerated this problem for many years.
It occurs on several computers. This needs a PERMANENT fix at your end.
