I have an unknown device on my wifi on ip 192.168.0.254 and no matter what i do (ie change network password) it persists. I have a Hitron modem/router.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the idea however when I tried it the device still appeared and its outside my dhcp range. seems as if the router has two ip addresses.

Hey bicton,

Thank you for reaching out! I am sorry for the delay in response. The forums aren't monitored as closely as our other support channels. That is certainly odd. I'd recommend trying a PIN hole reset with the steps here to see if it gets rid of that device. Let me know how it goes!

Cheers,
