So since I upgraded my cable box which is the best shaw has as they said, the 2.4g internet is not working so couple devices at my home won't even work because of the internet issue. Before I upgrade it everything is fine. WHy is it like that

When you contacted Shaw (online-chat or telephone), what did they do to trouble-shoot your symptoms?
Did they remotely logon to your modem, to trouble-shoot?
