Using Keyword Filter on Hitron modem

Hi, Finally getting around to setting up parental controls on my Shaw account.

Setting up the Device Filter for restricting access to certain times was easy. But I am having a hard time to get the Keyword Filter to work. I added a few keywords and one URL and made sure Enabled Keyword List was set to Enabled.

Can anyone tell me what I

i been told to update do BlueCurve modem for fee and get the feature working. This is the basic feature that all modem should have and Hitron modem do have parent control feature but either it block the internet or unblock but no filtering. Individual should not be paying for this basic feature that every household will needs it at some point

@Mkd keyword filter is not working after 1 and half hours of troubleshooting with support team and at the end i have to pay to get this feature working. Not acceptable at all
