@kenbeckett -- I too occasionally get that error-message. For me, what works is to close all browser-tabs, and all instances of the web-browser, and re-open the web-browser. Closing the web-browser probably deletes some "cookies" that are triggering the issue.
What is going on?? Yesterday I couldn't log in on my chrome browser to webmail every once and a while on Samsung Internet browser on the Fido page. I decided enough was enough so I added my shaw e-mail account to My list of Google Emails!! Just so I can get messages

Why is this happening? How can I have this fixed, or do I have to go to Telus for service?
@hicklingg Telus uses Google to manage their email, you can get a Gmail account for free.
can not even get the sign in page to come up "400 bad request" Request Header or cookie Too large. nginx/1.24.0
@jacquithompson Clear the cache, browser history and cookies.
@jinder -- you could add more detail to expand on your "not working" report. PC? Mac desktop? iPhone? Windows 10? Windows 11? Using Shaw WebMail, or Windows Mail, or Windows "new" Outlook? Any error-message?
