Support is useless when it comes to server maintenance. Every year, my activesync server is down for a month.

Shaw's nonsense has lost me a week of wokr while overseas ( in Ireland) . Now I'm back in western canada - and STILLLLLLLL can't access my stupid SHAW email despite having changed from Chrome to Firefox ( which I don't like) and changed ( I THINK!!!) my password!!!! I want my money back from SHAW and time and costs for hours wasted!!!!
PS - I checked my Shaw Pasword when I got home and it was CORRECT!!! The same one I;ve used for years!!!
