What speeds should be getting with Shaw 150

I  have hard wired my connections and can only get up to 94 mbps  One connection is only 3 feet  of Ethernet cable. It didn't make a difference with only one connected. I only get 30-60 Mbps wifi connections.  Thanks

Thank you for reaching out! I am sorry for the delay in response. The forums aren't monitored as closely as our other support channels. You should be receiving up to 150 Mbps with a direct ethernet connection to your desktop. I want to ask some questions to better understand your situation. What troubleshooting steps have you tried? Do you have a gigabit enable ethernet card to run at higher speeds? As for the WiFi, are your devices AC/N capable to be able to enjoy the higher speeds?
