I talked to Shaw on chat and by phone on Feb.1 2022 and even received an email stating the rental charge would be removed. I received my new bill and the rental charge is still on there. The Chat resulted in being told there is a rental charge, but there isn't a rental charge, what ever that is supposed to mean. They sure don't want to give up the $4.00. Not sure what to do now,
@Keith153 -- now, it's over a year later. Has the charge been removed from your monthly statements, or is there an offsetting $4 credit on each month's invoice?
