Live chat is still available on our website, it does start with a response assistant to ensure you get the best experience.

No.  It's gone.  I know very well about the response assistant.  Live chat as of yesterday is gone.  Here is a screenshot.  Going to www.shaw.ca/chat now takes me to that page.

Ah, it takes a moment to load up. I see it available.

A moment to load up at your end, perhaps.  Nothing loads up at my end.

I had to turn off my adblocker for it to show

 can you try using a different browser or incognito to see if it shows up? Also, disable any extensions you may have on.

It would be better if there was a link on every page - maybe somewhere at the bottom.

Part of the problem is that it is well hidden and you have go looking for it when you need it.

What I see is only 2 of the 3 ways to "contact" ...

Clicking the "S)-inside-the-circle" has no effect.

I tried it on Windows 7 & 8 & 10.  No change.

 seems like Chrome extensions or adblockers may cause issues. Can you try a different browser/disable your extensions to see if it works?
