@JuneBrian -- a few steps:

  1. Power-off the WiFi Pod.
  2. Place your WiFi device near the Pod, and check the "signal strength" (those "bars" on your device), when it is connected to the "base" WiFi box, elsewhere in your home.
  3. Run the Shaw Speed Test, to see what speed your device is currently getting.
  4. Power-on the WiFi Pod, and let it completely restart.
  5. Power-off/power-on your WiFi device, so that it will connect to the Pod, not the "base" unit.
  6. Again, check the "signal strength" -- it should improve.
  7. Again, run that Speed Test, to see what speed your device is now getting.
  8. Tell us the results.

OK?

@JuneBrian You can check the status of your Pods by going to the Connect section of Ignite HomeConnect and selecting See Network. If a pod is offline, it will be indicated here and you can follow troubleshooting steps. If the pod is online and working, it will have a green status.
