Your WiFi is a wireless connection between the box that connects to your TV and your cable-modem. Try disconnecting the power-cord from the cable-modem, waiting a few seconds, reconnecting the power-cord to the cable-modem, and wait for it to completely restart. Then, try your WiFi. If it still does not work, contact Support.
