I need to change my IP range from 10.0.x to 192.168.0.x because my work network is in the 10.0.0.x range so when I try to VPN from home to work my laptop is expecting to find my work's network drives on my local network.

Does anyone know how to make this change? Failing that, does anyone know where to get a comprehensive user manual for the bluecurve modem? I'm talking to support on chat right now and they won't give it to me and can't help me solve this. They're saying I need to contact a local computer tech, but I'm sure I've already found the section in the router settings I need to change and it's greyed out as if I don't have write access. So how is a local tech supposed to help me with Shaw's product when Shaw can't even tell me why it's greyed out?
