We are trying to reconnect our D-Link router to the shaw modem, we had it connected before for almost a year without the bridge and it worked awesome. Now it connects but we cannot search or use the internet both with bridge on and without bridge. It was working up to when Shaw informed us we had to do a reset because of another issue we were having.  Now that original issue is fixed but the D-Link router will not connect properly to the modem.  We have also tried 3 other routers with no luck so its something to do with the reset of the Shaw modem and not the router. I have chatted to 5 different Shaw techs and no one has been able to solve the issue. They keep saying its the router but it can't be as we have tried now 3 different types and all have the same problem and it was working prior to the reset. 

Help...
