Since the night before last, all connected smart devices are Unavailable, security cameras cannot be connected, floor cleaning robots cannot be started, and smart Wi-Fi outlets cannot be work, But the Internet is good, 2.4G and 5G are both in working order. I have not made any adjustments to BlueCurve prior to this. After that, I have restarted BlueCurve many times and can't troubleshoot it. These smart devices are shown as connected in the BlueCurve app.
Here's the situation now,
1. The apps for these smart devices cannot be accessed with Wi-Fi, prompting for no network connection or poor network connection, but turning off Wi-Fi and using phone data is no problem at all.
2. Can open management page of the smart device on computer with my mobile data hotspot, which cannot be opened with home Wi-Fi.
3. Security cameras can only be seen on the screen, can not be seen through the cell phone APP, the cell phone APP shows all cameras are offline.
4. Wi-Fi status, except with these smart devices can not be connected and used, the Internet works perfectly well
My guess is that there is a problem with the network transmission from my house to the servers of these smart devices, Since BlueCurve can't change DNS, I don't know how to go about trying to troubleshoot this weird problem.
