PC not showing up in Bluecurve app or internet.shaw.ca

Hi,

A couple of weeks ago my desktop PC stopped showing up on the Bluecurve app and the browser based Bluecurve control. It shows up just fine on 10.0.0.1. It is conected via ethernet cable to the gateway.

This is problematic as for some reason Shaw only allow port forwarding through the app or their website and not directly through the modem. I have tried different dynamic and static IPs, flushed my DNS, tried various ethernet adapter drivers, factory pinhole reset on the modem, etc etc.

Is there an easy way to fix this? Or am I stuck wasting money buying a separate router for an option than should just be built into the modem control page?
