i briefly went to telus jan 16 2020. realized i had made a mistake and went back to shaw feb 1 2020. i was told shaw would cancel telus. i continued to get email bills from telus. now telus is threatening to sue me. they told me shaw never did cancel telus.
i spoke to an agent who advised sending telus bills and it could be settled. i have emailed the bills from telus, have received no response from shaw.
i love shaw but i am getting very frustrated with the lack of support or communication
