Can someone explain to me why I am seeing a blue screen on TSN 4K saying:

This program is not available in your area due to a local broadcast blackout.

I’m trying to watch the Montreal/Ottawa CFL game, which according to my guide should be showing on the 4K Channel. There shouldn’t actually be a regional blackout, that doesn’t happen in the CFL. And I can still see it on the regular TSN channels.  So what’s going on?
