Cloud PVR status

We have been forced to move from an actual PVR to Cloud PVR. Tonight I tried  to watch a recorded show that kept hanging, dropping, etc. I tried rebooting, refreshing, etc…  all while waiting 2 hours for Chat support. Finally got an agent who tells me they are having problems with the Cloud PVR backend/servers. I ask where to check Shaw Cloud PVR status, so at least I know the problem is on their end, and don’t waste time trying to fix the problem. I am told that no status page exists.

So they force us to rely on a server for our PVR shows, but it is unreliable and they hide the status of it, presumably because they don’t want us to know how often it goes down.

Another example of the “value added” from the Rogers takeover I guess?
