It's been almost a year that I have been getting this message when I try to log into my Shaw account:
"Sorry, something went wrong.
We're sorry for the inconvenience. Don't worry, your account information is secure.
Try refreshing the page. If you get this message again, it means we're fixing something. Please try again later or contact us."
It happens on my personal computer, my work computer and my android phone. At this point, I am starting to suspect that you are, in fact, not fixing something.
What can I do to remedy this situation? Being unable to access my account is frustrating.
