I accidentally subscribed to BBC News channel and now I'm being billed for it.  It seems impossible to unsubscribe on my TV/App/online?  I'd be content if I could just send an email noting this subscription was made in error and have them deal with it but I can't wait 45 minutes in their chat queue to sort this out.  Seems like a brazen breach of CRTC rules to make it so easy to accidentally subscribe and way too hard to unsubscribe.
