Using My Shaw, you can refresh your TV channels with the tap of a button. This can fix issues like missing a channel you're subscribed to, or one that's on free preview. Refreshing your channels with My Shaw can be done once a day.

Refresh your TV channels using the My Shaw website

  1. Go to my.shaw.ca and sign in.
  2. Click My Services > TV.
  3. Click Refresh under Help & Support.
  4. A confirmation message is shown. Click Refresh.
  5. Your channel listings will now refresh. This can take up to 10 minutes.

Refresh your TV channels using the My Shaw mobile app

  1. Open the My Shaw app.
  2. In the TV section, tap Manage TV & BlueCurve TV App Devices.
  3. Tap Refresh under Troubleshoot.
  4. A confirmation message is shown. Tap Refresh to confirm.
  5. Your channel listings will now refresh. This can take up to 10 minutes.
