I asked this last 3 weeks but no answers yet. I programmed bluecurve remote to skip 30second on up and down button. This keep reverting back to 5minutes on turning of tv and bluesky box. I always have to reset box box to get back settings. Very inconvenient to do this whenever I turn tv back on. Can somebody in Shaw provide an explanation. Was not like that before but changed about a month ago.
