All (4) of my TVs will frequently (~3 times/week) “freeze” the picture while the audio continues. This only resolves when I unplug and re-plug the Shaw cable box. This box was installed by a Shaw technician mid-January

Hi  

We're sorry to hear you're having troubles with this. We can suggest some basic troubleshooting steps that might help but we'll need a bit more information. Do you know which cable boxes you have? Is it the Gateway or BlueSky TV? When the boxes freeze, do they all freeze at the same time?
