Anybody noticing this issue ? Its VERY annoying. split second off, but visible enough to piss you off.

no. why would that matter. It has never had this problem until now with this garbage wifi tv
So it's obvious that multiple customers are experiencing audio sync issues, yet Shaw err... Rogers isn't doing anything to even acknowledge it, let alone fix it. Time to switch to Telus maybe?

Just remember that cancelling your current two-year Value Plan, with "X" months remaining, will incur a fee, namely $20/month, times "X" months. Ouch!
In the past years, Telus salespersons at my front door have offered "Telus credit", matching the "$20-times-X" amount, should I switch from Shaw to Telus, thus offsetting Shaw's penalty. I do not know if this offer is still available.
Seriously considering switching. My system was fine with the Gateway, due to the local hard drive. Now it is unwatchable, especially the recorded content, which is how we watch 90%of our tv. I’m dumping this crap outfit.
So where is Shaw Roger’s on this fix?
@kwarner2001 , Hi, have you tried moving your tv box and/or your internet modem around to different spots? The reason I say this is the problem you are talking about is usually caused by wi-fi interference. I personally have not experienced this issue with my ignite system and my neighbour has the same system with no problems. So I don't know what Rogers/Shaw is supposed to fix cause it works great here. So try different locations for the boxes and see what happens, if all else fails chat or phone into Rogers/Shaw and get them to remotely check the boxes to make sure everything is working correctly.

I switched to telus not happy with their service. Going back to rogers satellite is very costly. Fee for leaving the cable service, Can't get installer for more than a month. Have to leave Telus by 19th this month. Hope to reinstall sat. dish myself. If not wait for technician to intall. Wish me luck.
