Hi Daniel…I have tried all the above with no luck. Chromecast works fine with everything else, it doesn’t work properly with the blue curve app. I am not sure what else I can do. Please advise. Reading several chats it appears a Shaw app issue

We are experiencing the same problem
I am having the same issue. Dazn, Disney and YouTube all work and have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, plus did the normal chromecast resets. It pretty much says ready to cast, but when click on watch it seems to just hangup somewhere and just continue to try and cast to no avail.
Add me to the list, I have been using ShawBMcG Blue Curve app for months to stream to my Chromecast, all of a sudden it links to the Chromecast but stalls. I can watch on my phone and the Chromecast streams other apps like Prime Video from my phone. It is not my wifi, the phone or the Chromcast, it is a communication problem with the Shaw app.
hi daniel...crazy as i speaking with them now and trying to explain the concern over computer chat. I am repeating myself like on this chat.. as per below it sounds like a blue curve communication issue on ur end. please fix.
Hi Daniel..
I spent 2 hrs last night talking with the contacts u gave me above and they were no help at all. I tried to explain the details and in the end she said it was beyond there control and to call Chromecast help. Please help us or forward this forum to the Shaw blue curve developer. Even under the play store comments the same issues are being explained and its occurring to alot of people. They did not escalate the incident to your engineering team. can you please do it.
