One of the earlier postings in this thread pointed to a similar thread. In that thread, a Shaw employee stated that it is a Shaw problem, and they are working on it.

Old cartoon that I remember: first panel, two buzzards sitting on the only branch of the only tree in the desert. Second panel, one buzzard says to the other: patience, my Beep. I want to kill something.

[A commentary on their feeding habits, and on being patient.]

EDIT: this forum's software substituted "Beep" for my mis-spelling of "asp".

It's back again!! 2021-10-12   Worked fine for two days and then error message. Re-booted and re-installed everything with no result.
