Hi, we have a blue curve casting problem... again! We cast from iPhone to ChromeCast, and although all other apps cast successfully (& blue curve app has previously) it now does not work!!! The message seems to be "no media selected" even though the casting target and channel to watch are selected, in all different combinations of selection order! We had this issue a few months back , now again... we need to stream because the Shaw cable feed us so crappy! Please fix
This is a joke , the blue curve app clearly is not working , nobody has addressed the issues, why pay for Shaw tv when it always has problems like this .
The problem is that your device casting (phone,ipad,laptop) is on a different network than your TV. For example if your phone is on wi-fi and your TV plugged via ethernet, that's why you are getting that error. Connect both on the same wifi name.
