@CJV1 The Ethernet connection on the BlueCurve TV boxes can be used for a wired connection from the box to the BlueCurve gateway rather than relying on the wifi connection. The box would use an HDMI connection from it to your TV to display video. Hope that helps!

That is good news..... that said, will the boxes work via ethernet if i bridge the modem and use my own? Do they get their own ip address?

@Ajc No, the BlueCurve gateway would need to remain with bridged mode disabled to use the BlueCurve TV boxes in either a wired or wireless setting.
