Why is it so hard to connect with bluecurve tv on my pc? everything is in place as it should be and worked just fine in the freerange app, but now I just get endless dots. you should have left it alone! It seems impossible to get to the sign on page.

@angelabalzer Which internet browser are you using? Are you able to try logging in to the BlueCurve TV web app in an alternate browser and see if the same behaviour is occurring?

Bluecurve seems to not be able to work with Chrome/Opera  now.   Bluecurve loads up for me but when trying to start a TV show clicking on the start icon does not start anything.  Chrome/Opera does not recognize some of the HTML code for Bluecurve.   Bluecurve works with Firefox.

@sleeperz We have seen some issues with the BlueCurve TV web app in recent versions of Chrome (which would likely also affect Opera and other Chromium-based browsers). Often this can be resolved by disabling hardware accelerated video decode or hardware acceleration within the browser settings, or as you've already noted, by using an alternate web-browser.
