Brilliant Minds Episode 7 missing

I was watching this week's episode of Brilliant Minds on CityTv, and noticed that the episode didn't match the listing title. The episode this week is being presented as Episode 7 in the Shaw guide but what was aired is Episode 8. There was no airing of Episode 7 last week. I looked at the VOD listing and it is also showing Episode 8 incorrectly as Episode 7. The actual episode 7 "The Man From Grozny" is missing. The guide also shows next week's episode as episode 8 but I assume it will actually be airing episode 9.

This forum is not a direct path to Rogers/Shaw Support [1-888-472-2222].  Telephone them to report the issue.

However, if CityTV aired the "wrong" episode, there is nothing that Support can do.

What episodes do you see after you access: https://www.citytv.com/shows/brilliant-minds/ ?

Currently, all I see is #1 through #6, inclusive.

@mdk Thank you for the clarification - I googled for Shaw/Rogers support and this is what came up so I thought this was the forum for my question.  As for what's listed on CityTV, it's a bit odd.  They aired episode 8 as episode 7, and the VOD option on the box shows an option for "episode 7" via CityTV which if you play it plays the same episode 8 that they aired.  You are correct that if you go to the website, it does not list anything past episode 6...so there's a disconnect between the cable box guide/vod and what is actually available on CityTV.  Maybe they intended to only air a repeat and ended up airing the future episode so I'm hoping they'll actually back up and air the correct episode.  While I see your point about Shaw/Rogers not having any control over what CityTV airs, right now the Shaw/Rogers cable guide, listings, and available VOD has it listed as the wrong episode so that does need to be corrected.  In any case, thanks for the clarification on the use of this forum.
