Can't choose which reminder

I have the XR15 Remote.

When I get a reminder sometimes there is more than one at a time, it says one of two or more.

There's no way to scroll to the subsequent reminders, you have to dismiss the first one with no option to return to it if subsequent ones are not of interest.

I've tried the up/dn arrows and the joystick arrows, there's simply no way to show anything but the first of a series of reminders, except to dismiss each one by one.

To browse through the notification messages, use your voice remote’s up and down arrows.

You can also select a message to see more.

@Rob1weld -- it sucks that Shaw's documentation seems to be incorrect.  😞

Otherwise, do the up/down buttons on the [genuine?] Shaw/Rogers remote control work properly?

mdk, the Up/Dn buttons work in other menus, and I have a recent installation by Shaw, so it's not that they are broken.

People wishing to help can simply set a few reminders at the same time, they can be up to 15 minutes early so you don't have to wait half an hour. You should have a popup similar to the one in my question. Now, press some keys to advance from "1" to "2" (etc.) and reverse the direction; which keys worked; that's the only correct answer here.

Here's the result of saying: "remote version"
