Cloud PVR recordings skipping content and then skips forward to the end and asks if I want to delete. Chatted with an agent who said there is no problem on our end. This happened in October 2021 and is happening again now. Only on a couple channels though. I mentioned to the agent this happened before in Ocdtober and she/he said 'oh, that's too bad'. That's the answer?
I've had this going on sice September. They told me it is an issue with the Cloud PVR. They seem to fix it and it works for a couple weeks again then it breaks again. It's been happening again to me this Sunday and Monday. Hopefully no today.
