Trying to contact Shaw. Good Luck!!! On-line help leads to "Connection Unavailable". I would use another service if one were available in my area. No phone number listed. No contacting methods are working. PBS suddenly requires a subscription?! I accidentally subscribed. No way to cancel that service on "my account". No helpful help available. Easy to add services. SeemsImpossible (?) to cancel a subscription.
1-888-472-2222. Chat is working for me, maybe it was down. You can remove channels in My Shaw under channel add-ons.

So, while the My Shaw Portal can be used to add a channel, I don't see any way to "self-remove" a channel.
