Deleted recording keep disappearing

I noticed recently that the recordings in the Recently Deleted folder keep disappearing. It supposed to hold 30 days of deleted recordings and my usage is not even 50%. I have monitored the folder for the past couple days:

Tuesday May 10 - 10 recordings from May 8 to May 10

Wednesday May 11 - Deleted one recording and the total recordings became 11

Thursday May 12 - Only 3 recordings deleted on Wednesday are left in the folder

Can someone advise what might have happened?

I just checked my recently deleted folder and the same thing is happening with me. The Shaw documentation states that recordings will be saved for up to 30 days. I checked the Xfinity website and it states that the X1 only keeps recording in the recently deleted folder for up to 24 hours, which is consistent with what I am seeing.

I wonder if there was an update and Shaw hasn’t changed the info on the website.

Checked again today (Sat May 14) and there are 15 deleted recordings, from May 11 to today, so it is not just 24 hours. Something wrong with the system.

Any Shaw support can shed some lights here?

Today it went down to only 3 that was deleted yesterday.
