Hey @Czarl ! I understand that you may have possibly turned the feature off with "SAP off", but I was able to take another look, and if you are logged into your BlueCurve Tv app and you are viewing a program, the direct solution is to access the "Player Shortcuts".

Please select the settings options, from there, select "Player Shortcuts" to bring up the multiple player commands. If the program you are viewing is available in video description, you should be able to toggle that feature on and off by hitting "V".

haha..that works also....not the most intuitive, but it works and I will remember it for next time.

I couldn't find anything online about that, they all referred to Bluecurve box, which is easy enough to toggle with voice commands.
