Environment Canada Weather in Winnipeg always says it's 13.7 C

What's the deal with the Shaw weather channel always saying the temp outside in Winnipeg is 13.7 Celsius? This is on channel 106  (Blue Curve) and 48 (legacy)

Everything else on the page appears to be updating but the current temp is stuck at 13.7.

There's complaints against Shaw and complaints against Rogers... who wins... Shaw and Rogers of course... they have your money and couldn't care less about their customers.

@flyfroggy Shaw is owned by Rogers. Shaw as a company no longer exists.
