Episodes & Seasons Missing on SOD

I'm wondering why there are so many SOD shows with gaps between episodes and even whole seasons? Starting a series at S3E14 is no fun. It would be nice to start at the beginning and watch to the end.

Good morning,

Unfortunately Shaw is only able to offer the seasons and episodes that the network makes available to us, depending on their licensing. Each network has their own rules and practices as to what they make available - some networks have full rights and allow us to offer full back catalogues starting from Episode 1, and others may only make (for example) the three last episodes available for the current season. You may even notice differences within a network, as their rights and licensing may differ based on the originating network (for example, Global generally offers the full current season of a show, with the exception of shows that originate on FOX).

That said, if you think something is amiss, like episodes 1-3 and 5-6 are available (missing 4), that's something that would definitely need to be fixed!

Season 9 of Suits said that episode 7 was coming, then it dissapeared. Then it said episode 8 was coming. Now theres only episode 6. Why would it show the first 6, then say 7 will be available on Wednesday, then it never shows up. Then the same thing happens to episode 8.

@Steve05 Apologies for the inconvenience, I have confirmed with our team that episode 7 will be available shortly (likely later today sometime), and episode 8 is available currently.

On the same topic, why are only episodes 1,2,3 of season 22 of Law & Order SVU available, when episode 9 is currently airing? Usually current series episodes are available within a week, and stay up for at least a few weeks. I've searched the full library. Thanks,

@eheidler It looks like this series is up to date on demand, currently you should see episodes 1-5 available for viewing, with episode 6 having aired yesterday, January 21st, it will likely be available in the next couple days (and is available to stream on ctv.ca already).
