Is anyone else getting this code when playing any of the basic channels like 101?
My special package channels like 254 and 256 are OK.
All recording of the basic channels shows say we need to register!
I reset the box many times with different methods like power off/on and reset in preferences, but to no avail
Is this a SHAW issue?

Contact Shaw, to confirm that your monthly payments are up to date. Get them to remotely connect to your Shaw device, to check its status. Get them to "re-provision" your Shaw device, to provide your subscribed channels.
I contacted SHAW via chat. They reset the main box and all is OK. Obviously their RESET is more powerful than mine. 🙂 Thanks for the suggestion. Hafe a safe day.
