3 free preview channels that are to be in HD are only showing up as SD.
Have chatted with support but they couldn't find out why. Anyone else having this problem?
The three are: Cottage Life, Magnolia Network and T& E. Available until April 30, 2023

@Glarmis -- I have the older Shaw Gateway PVR, and a "Total TV" channel line-up. So, these channels:
are included, but only in SD.
In my Shaw Guide, they are not tagged as "Free Preview" channels.
Anyway, free is free. Take it or leave it. 🙂
@Glarmis -- Mine could be an older one
If those channel numbers show up in your Shaw Guide, you have one of the older PVRs.
Conversely, if those channels have completely different numbers, you have the BlueCurve TV box.

>> Funny they didn't ask about my PVR
Either they knew, by looking-up your account information, or they didn't know to ask.

Mine could be an older one, no idea as it was setup thru apartment building. So thanks for that info.
I found the free preview on My Account which is why I asked. In fact even talking with
support they said they didn't know why I wasn't getting the HD. Funny they didn't ask about my pvr.
And yes free is free but its also free to ask. 😉
@Glarmis Cottage Life and T+E are in free preview for me and are in HD with BlueCurve (Magnolia is a subscription channel for me).

Every one I spoke/chatted with told me to reboot and/or reset my channels. because (they said) they didn't understand why I could get them.
I think you are the one that has it right. LOL
I can get them in HD through on demand or bluecurve via my pc so will leave it at that. Thanks again for your help.
