When I go to the On demand section and look at TV network channels there are no shows listed when I look at Global, CTV, and CBC! Only City TV has them.
These channel's shows also no longer appear in the new releases or other on demaind categories either. I noticed this a couple of weeks ago.
Not cool.
All the other specailty channels still seem to have their shows listed in the On Demand section... as well as streaming services of course but they removed all free on demand for these 3.
Much rather not have to watch these shows via my computer hooked up to the TV so now have to record in advance what I want to watch.
I tried restarting system but same issue, wondering of others having same problem.
@martin01 I can confirm the same thing. I just checked my on demand section and those 3 channels are listed but when you select them only what's playing on live tv shows up, no other content for on demand though. Only the Citytv section has has all the previous on demand content. It has has to do with licensing issue disagreements between Rogers/Shaw and Bell Media/Corus Entertainment/CBC. Those channels have also been removed from access if you happen to use the Rogers/Shaw streaming app even for live tv when you are not using your home wi-fi, if you leave your residence it will no longer be available, and if you are still at home using your home wi-fi there is no on-demand content from those 3 networks, you can only stream live at home, except of course Citytv all content is available. Sorry for the long winded reply, just thought I'd bring you up to speed.
@g-idk Yup, that is it exactly. If you select a program, then select “Episodes” and then “Available,” if there are any shows listed, it will probably be on Crave or Prime.
